Our CEO: Pamela Cabrera Bahay
Pamela is a financial wellness advocate and agent of change with a dynamic background in financial services, nonprofit organizations, marketing, and business management. Inspired by her expertise in holistic mental health and her experience as a first-generation immigrant from the Dominican Republic, she is dedicated to promoting financial literacy. She simplifies and equips the community with essential financial principles, including retirement planning, budgeting, credit protection, and legacy preservation through life insurance with living benefits.
Her mission is to democratize financial education. She firmly believes in the power of community and the importance of fostering spaces for financial growth with accessible, practical tools. As part of the leadership team of the Latino Financial Awakening Movement (El Movimiento Despertar Financiero Latino), she spearheads initiatives that are reshaping how communities of color manage and preserve wealth, creating opportunities for generational prosperity.
In addition to her educational efforts, Pamela actively supports the growth of small businesses, cultivating strong relationships with clients and local stakeholders through workshops and seminars on personal and business finance.
Her work reflects a deep commitment to social equity, economic empowerment, and the overall well-being of her community. Through her firm, Pamela has mentored over 50 associates and leads a network of more than 10 licensed living benefits agents across the United States. Recently, she surpassed her goal of protecting 100 families in one year with living benefits insurance. This year, she aims to provide 100 free financial workshops to the community.
